On-Air & Programming

Imaging

The produced audio elements — sweepers, liners, and IDs — that define a station’s on-air identity.

Imaging is the packaged sound of a station: the sweepers between songs, the liners that state positioning, the legal IDs, and the production that ties it all together. It is the audio equivalent of a brand’s logo and colors.

Consistent imaging is what makes a station instantly recognizable and separates it from whatever is playing on the next dial position.
