Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable-Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Radio Content Pro Terms & Conditions and applies to all use of the Service, including—but not limited to—AI-generated media, article summaries, APIs, plug-ins, and any future features.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, account suspension, or further legal action as described in the Terms.

2. General Rules of Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe or misappropriate the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Harass, bully, defame, or threaten individuals or groups.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, network, or system.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

3. AI-Generated Content Rules

When using our AI-generation features (e.g., OpenAI images, ElevenLabs voice, or any future vendor):

   You must comply with each vendor's current policy, which we incorporate by reference:

   • Any additional vendor links we publish on this page.
2. Prohibited Content

   The following is always disallowed, whether created with prompts or uploaded elsewhere:

   • Sexual content involving minors, or any depiction that could be interpreted as such.
   • Exploitation, grooming, or sexual violence.
   • Realistic portrayals of graphic violence, gore, or bodily harm.
   • Hate or extremist propaganda targeting a protected class.
   • Instructions or facilitation of wrongdoing (e.g., weapons manuals, hacking guides).
   • Personal-data harvesting or face recognition of private individuals without consent.
   • Defamatory or misleading content presented as fact.
   • Trademarked logos, copyrighted characters, or other IP unless you own or have a license.
3. Prompt Responsibility
   • Prompts are user-supplied content. You must not include personal data about children or any other party without lawful basis.
   • We log prompts and outputs for abuse monitoring and may review them if flagged.

4. Prohibited Technical Activities

You must not:

• Engage in bulk scraping, spidering, or data-harvesting of the Service.
• Use automated scripts to create accounts or farm credits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Service.
• Circumvent or disable rate-limiters, security features, or content-moderation filters.

5. Enforcement & Penalties

WP Media, Inc. may, at its sole discretion:

• Remove or block access to offending content.
• Forfeit credits associated with a violation.
• Temporarily or permanently suspend your account.
• Report content or activity to law-enforcement authorities.
• Pursue civil remedies and recover costs arising from your violation.

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe content on the Service violates this AUP or your rights, email hello@radiocontentpro.com with:

1. A link or identifier for the content or account in question.
2. A brief explanation of the violation or infringement.
3. Your contact information.

We review all credible reports and take action consistent with this AUP and the Terms.

7. Updates to This AUP

We may modify this AUP at any time.

• Material changes that, in our sole judgment, reduce your rights or expand your obligations will take effect 7 days after we post an in-service or email notice.
• All other changes (including additions required by law, security, or vendor policy updates) are effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
