Common Questions
Do team members get a free trial?
The 7-day free trial applies to the base RCP subscription. Team member seats are billed immediately at $9/month and billed on your next cycle. We do prorate the first month so you only pay for the days remaining in your billing period.
Can I remove a team member?
Yes, any time. Remove them from your team dashboard and billing adjusts on your next cycle. Their content and plans are retained in case you re-add them later.
What can team members NOT do?
Team members have full access to RCP features — content, Ava, Show Builder, saved posts. They can't manage billing, purchase AI credits, or see your account settings. All financial management stays with you.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
All team member accounts are tied to your subscription. If you cancel, team member access ends at the same time. Members will be notified.
Can team members have different format kits?
Team members access the same format kit as your main subscription. If a team member needs a different format, that requires a separate base subscription.
Is there a limit on team members?
