Prep Sheet
A document collecting the talking points, stories, and copy a host will use during a shift.
A prep sheet is the organized output of show prep — a single place where the host keeps the day’s topics, break copy, and notes. It might be a printed page, a doc, or a screen the talent works from live.
The value is in the organization: sorted, timed, and trimmed so it is usable in the moment, not a wall of raw research.
