Ratings & Audience

Cume (Cumulative Audience)

The total number of different people who tune in to a station at least once during a period.

Cume, short for cumulative audience, counts the unique listeners a station reaches over a span — a week, a daypart — regardless of how long each one listens. It measures reach: how many people the station touches at all.

Cume pairs with time spent listening to tell the fuller story: how many people, and how loyal each one is.
