You Can Now Add Your Whole Airstaff to RCP — $9/Month Per Person

One of the things I've heard most from program directors over the past year is some version of this:

"RCP is great, but my whole morning show needs to use it. Right now we're all sharing one login, and it's a mess."

Today that changes. Team Accounts are live.

What's New

Starting today, you can add team members to your RCP subscription for $9/month each (or $99/year per seat if you're on an annual plan).

Here's what each team member gets:

• Their own login — no more shared passwords or logging each other out
• Their own Ava customization — each person configures their voice, on-air character, and content preferences so Ava's responses and generations are tailored specifically to them
• Their own Show Builder plans — saved show plans that only they can see and edit
• Their own saved posts library — bookmarked content that stays put between sessions
• Full access to your format kit — the same content library as your main account

You can add up to 20 team members per account.

Why This Matters: Ava Customization Is the Big Deal

The feature that makes Team Accounts genuinely different is per-user Ava customization.

When everyone shares one login, Ava has to be generic. She has no idea if she's generating content for your drive-time PD or your weekend fill-in voice tracker. She does her best, but there's no customization to draw from — the output is the same for everyone.

With Team Accounts, each person configures their own Ava customization settings: their on-air voice, their character, their content style, the audience they're talking to. Your morning show host sets up an edgy, pop-culture-forward profile. Your midday host configures warm and community-focused. Your afternoon drive personality goes in as quick, punchy, sports-obsessed.

Now when each host asks Ava to rewrite a story, generate a tease, or brainstorm a bit — Ava's response is shaped by their voice and character, not a generic station-level setting.

Same content. Completely different delivery. Tuned to each host, every shift, every market.

That's what personalization at the team level actually looks like. We built the Character Profile system for exactly this.

The Math

Five-person station:

• Base subscription: $99/month
• 4 team members at $9/month: $36/month
• Total: $135/month

That's $27 per person per month for professional AI show prep with fully personalized content assistance.

For comparison: a single trade publication subscription often costs more than that for one person.

No More Show Plan Chaos

The other thing I heard constantly was about Show Builder. When multiple hosts use one account, show plans get overwritten. Someone saves their afternoon drive run and wipes out the morning crew's prep.

With Team Accounts, every person gets their own workspace. Morning show saves their plans. Afternoon drive saves theirs. Nobody touches each other's stuff. Everyone walks in prepared.

How to Add Your Team

If you're an existing subscriber:

1. Log into your account at app.radiocontentpro.com
2. Go to Account → Manage Team
3. Enter your team member's email address
4. They'll receive an invite link — one click to accept, a few minutes to configure their Ava customization

That's it. They're billed to your account, you manage everything from one dashboard.

A Note on Credits

Your subscription comes with a monthly AI credit allowance. Team members draw from that same shared pool — you manage one balance rather than juggling separate budgets per host.

Team members can't purchase additional credits or make any billing changes. All of that stays with you.

What's Next

We're working on a few things to extend Team Accounts further:

• Per-user credit caps — set a monthly limit per team member so one heavy user doesn't drain the pool
• Cross-team content sharing — let team members share saved plans with each other
• Team usage dashboard — see exactly how much each team member is using

These are on the roadmap. No timeline commitments, but they're coming.
